Discover powerful, yet gentle ways, to achieve new levels of balancing skills

The program is designed for people experienced with NeuroMovement who wish to take their practice to the next level. As stated elsewhere, we strongly recommend having completed the at least one of the NeuroMovement® programs listed on the disclaimer page [give the link to that page] prior to doing this program.

The program comprises of nine 60-minute NeuroMovement® lessons which build on each other allowing you to improve and surpass, your current balancing skills, speed, and safety.  With this program, as with our other programs, your brain will receive the flow of new information it needs to create new connections, new patterns, and new possibilities.

Through doing these lessons slowly, safely, and gently, you’ll be able to move faster and be more sure-footed. Whether standing on one leg when you put your pants on, getting in and out of the tub, going up and down stairs, hiking a narrow trail, performing Yoga poses, or dancing, you will experience the joy and ease of moving with greater balance.
